After buying a property in Phoenix, researching properties in San Juan and currently working my way through the Miami roster of “reputable” Realtors to the effect of total disappointment; I know a good Realtor when I work with one.
Eric is not only extremely well- read and informed on the constantly changing housing landscape in Austin and the surrounding area, he is also extremely flexible and amiable about all changes with his clients’ interests, areas, budgets and timeline.
I would highly recommend Eric not only for his deep knowledge of the market but also for his pleasant demeanor and willingness to work with me to find exactly what I am looking to buy. I moved from Seattle to Austin, TX, this summer, and I started working with Eric a week before I made the initial drive to Austin. I continued to work with Eric during the drive and for two months after that while my family was packing up and preparing to join me. Eric was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He also went above and beyond dozens of times. I have bought two previous houses, and both of those agents were very good, but Eric has been the best.

When I told Eric I was better suited to instead lease a condo during my 2-year stay, he promptly connected me with his colleague Bailey Bowden who, too, was a pleasure to work with. Bailey was extremely flexible to accommodate my busy schedule, and she showed many great properties that I would have never found on my own. After I found the condo of my dreams and signed a lease, Bramlett Residential did not fall of the map. Instead, Eric and Bailey followed up to help me sort out the remaining details with my landlord’s broker and also ensure my overall satisfaction with my lease. These guys are professionals who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients – 10/10.

We were first time homebuyers from out of state in a HOT HOT real estate market here in Austin. Determined to find the perfect house in just a 5 day visit to Austin and Eric made it happen! He considered our preferences and lifestyle and communicated with us long distance, keeping us abreast of what was available. Once he got to know us, he was able to encourage us to consider a little wider market (geographically) than we originally planned. We fell in LOVE with Brentwood and found the perfect location. Eric knows the Austin market and is extremely resourceful. He helped us negotiate and buy our perfect house for less than asking price in a market that was selling for higher than asking. Eric and team helped us purchase our home in Austin while we were living across the country. The 4 days we flew in (with 3 kids) to look at homes, he went above and beyond educating us on the area and showing us almost 20 different homes. Never losing patience with us…or our children! We found our home and put in an offer while waiting in the Austin airport for our flight back east! He was our eyes and ears on the ground here in Austin while we were back east, always offering to be where we could not and giving us recommendations along the way. Eric is extremely fast at returning phone calls, emails, and texts (even with a difference in time zones). We felt confident leaving our new home in his care while we could not be there. I engaged Eric to hep with identifying potential investment properties in the Austin, TX area. He was very responsive and set up a portal to meet our needs 10 days before we traveled to Austin. The portal was updated instantly as soon as he found new properties that met our requirements. Eric worked with my parents who are from Bolivia and it was their first time buying an investment property in the U.S. He was EXTREMELY helpful as he suggested different options available for them and took them to many parts of Austin so that they could see the different areas (being new to the city this really helped.)
