Relocation

I moved to Austin from Salt Lake City in late 2011 for a new job. I knew I wanted to purchase, but didn’t want to buy until I felt comfortable with the city. Being close to restaurants, concerts, etc was important to me, and central Austin is a lot to wrap your head around, if you’re not familiar with it. Eric did a great job explaining the different neighborhoods, and showing me properties in pretty much every central neighborhood that fit my price range. He was patient, available, and professional. I settled on East Austin and found a place I wanted in June. At this point, there were a lot of properties with multiple offers going under contract in the first couple of days. The house I wanted was only 1 day on the market, and there were other agents showing it when we viewed it first. Eric helped me put together an offer that the seller accepted without offering over asking price, and without waiting to see if other offers would come in. We offered them extremely attractive terms (they were pregnant and we gave them a seller lease back to help with the move) and they accepted immediately, and even threw in the fridge! When we had the property inspected, there were minor issues to be expected, and we were able to negotiate a credit for a couple of items that I wanted fixed. At the end of the day, I couldn’t be happier with my house, and with Eric’s performance. I will happily recommend him to anyone I know searching for a home.

My husband found Eric on the Internet, fairly randomly, and I can not believe how lucky we got! Eric is an awesome realtor, and my husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience working with him. My husband and I have different personalities and tastes, and Eric was able to work with both of us equally well. Eric is professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and is extremely quick to respond to texts, emails and phone calls. My husband and I worked with Eric over the course of more than nine months, and I always felt he had our backs. I knew I could trust Eric to tell us the truth about a house or a neighborhood, which was critical because we were moving from out of town. I would not hesitate to recommend Eric to any of my friends or family!

Moving and finding a new home is a stressful experience especially when your jumping from several states away. Eric and his staff made our experience of searching for a home both simple and manageable. For me, I was most impressed with his knowledge of real estate and his experience in negotiating and managing expectations for us as the buyer and with those selling their property. Everyone in the process wants the best deal possible and Eric has a real talent helping everyone understand what the real values are and what a fair price is for all parties. He went the extra mile for us when our first pick fell through searching for another option in a completely different area. At times when we were ready to cry, Eric helped us stay focused and in the end, we truly found a home that we love. I would sell my home just to use Eric again.

Eric is in a different class. Although I’ve been clear that I’m still in info gathering stage, Eric has gone above and beyond. Every time I come into town, Eric makes time to educate me about the nuances of neighborhoods, review the process, and keep me apprised of any market fluctuations since my last visit. His honesty, loyalty, and knowledge have made him my Realtor for life in the Greater Austin area.

Everything that had to do with the purchase of our new house, here in Austin, was so smooth! Eric answered ALL our questions no matter what time of day OR the method used (email, phone, txt). Eric was always available and very accommodating to our weird schedules since we were from out of town. His patience was welcomed as we did not know where, in Austin, we wanted to live. He was so knowledgeable of Austin and keyed in to OUR lifestyle likes and dislikes, and was able to show us homes in a PERFECT area of town that would suit us like a glove. I just wish Eric owned a moving company, too, so that I could say our “move” was smooth. I know if he was in charge of that, too, it would have gone through without a hitch. Thanks, Eric, for being such a great resource on Austin real estate. We love our new home! Cannot wait to have you over for the house warming party!

We are a young couple who just decided to move to Austin (without ever really spending much time here). Working with Eric was as perfect as anyone could have asked for. He knew the area perfectly, was able to listen to exactly what we wanted and pick out great neighborhoods and and houses. He was always available for the millions of questions we asked, and stuff we needed checked out while we were doing alot of it remotely, and he was always on-time and willing to spend as much time as we needed to get through everything we wanted while we were in Austin. He is by far the best realtor i’ve ever dealt with, and is an extremely nice/friendly/honest person to boot, the whole experience was just A+, there isnt anything more I can say.

Eric did a fantastic job in helping my wife and I find a place in Austin. His keen knowledge of neighborhoods and the austin lifestyle assured us a confident path of relocation from up north. I would absolutely recommend Eric to anyone who is moving to the Austin area and is in need of a knowledgeable agent for both the rental and buy-side.

Looking for a house? Use Eric Bramlett!! My family and I recently relocated from Alabama to Austin. We were looking for a great neighborhood with a reasonable commute with great schools. Since we had to find a home in only a few days, we were initially worried. We spoke w/ Eric and he immediately presented a number of options to us, most of which were in West Austin. When we came to town, we toured a number of neighborhoods in Lakeway, Bee Cave, and Four Points. We ultimately decided on Steiner Ranch & found a fantastic home. We couldn’t have done it without Eric!! Great Job!! Thanks

Eric is quite simply the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. My wife and I recently moved down to Austin from the DC area, and happened across Eric searching on the web – it was the luckiest find I think we’ve ever had. The whole process was exceptionally smooth, and we never had to worry about a single detail. His level of communication, attention to detail, and thoroughness are truly top notch. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Austin area. Thanks Eric!!

Eric defines what a Realtor should be. So much so that I’ve used him twice.

I first happened upon him by chance when looking to move from Orlando, FL to Austin, TX in January, 2006. He was the listing agent for a place that I was interested in renting. After chatting with him for a bit over the phone about what I was looking for, he offered to drive me around to check out a few other places as well when I arrived in Austin. I arrived and he did so, making time for me after my new job (sometimes into the evening) without hesitation. He was able to tailor our search down to my needs so we didn’t waste any time in touring. Even after the first couple contracts fell through because people beat us to it, he continued to help.

When it came time to buy a home, we called Eric up again. He spent the better part of 3 months driving my then pregnant wife around to look at our personalized list of homes, including new developments that had plans that met our needs.

Eric’s service is nothing short of perfect. He focuses on and values each client’s happiness with their home buying decisions. Whether you’re looking for an $800/month rental, $200,000 homes, or $1,000,000 mansions, Eric will go out of his way to make sure you find the house that will become your home.
