I contacted Eric after reading all these reviews and couldn’t be more pleased. Eric and his staff wasted no time getting my home staged, listed and now rented in under one month after being on the market for 6 months with another Realtor ! Eric and his staff provided me with daily updates on showings, feedback and foot traffic which only tells me he advertised my property in every way possible. Three words…Professional, determined and organized….however I could go on. I would recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell in Austin Texas area hands down!

I took a job in Houston, but wasn’t ready to sell my house in Austin. A friend of mine had worked with Eric for a few years and recommended me to him, so I called him. He helped me pick a good price for the property, and found a tenant in a short amount of time. I worked with he and Bailey for about 3 weeks from start to finish – getting pics, putting it on the market, running the applications, and moving the new tenants in. They were very professional from start to finish, and I’m very happy with their services. If I need help with anything in the future, buying, selling, or getting another tenant, I’ll definitely call them.

I decided to make the move to Miami in 2011 but didn’t think the timing was right to sell my property in Steiner Ranch. I found Eric online and we discussed selling vs renting options, and it ultimately looked like the right move to keep my house as an investment. It’s a really nice house, so I wanted to make sure and find the right tenants. Eric & I worked together for a few months monitoring the market & preparing the house to go on the market. In the spring, we had professional photos taken, Eric created the marketing materials, and we took the listing live. I ended up finding fantastic tenants for a two year lease, and it’s worked out great. I still keep in touch with Eric to see how the Austin & Steiner Ranch markets are doing. Eric is also very professional and easy to work with. When I do decide to sell, I’ll most definitely reach out to him.

Eric has helped me with my rental property in Austin for a little over 3 years now. When I called him, I had an uncooperative tenant who claimed there were a number of necessary repairs. Eric helped get her out, brought in some trustworthy vendors, and got it in shape to list for sale or lease. Unfortunately, we’ve not been able to sell during this time because there are a number of foreclosures in the neighborhood, but Eric has helped me find good tenants both times we’ve listed for sale and then realized we can’t get the price we need. Eric is always extremely responsive & professional. I can’t even count all the numerous texts, emails and phone calls we’ve exchanged. I’ve dealt with a number of Realtors over the years, and he is the most impressive and the marketing reports he emails is also very helpful for a busy mom like me.
