My wife and I used Eric’s services to purchase our first home in southwest Austin in 2010. The transaction was great. Everything went super smooth and we loved the house. Work unexpectedly took us to Houston in early 2012, so we were forced to sell the house. Because the first transaction went so well, we wanted Eric to help us sell it. This transaction wasn’t so smooth because of the buyers’ lender. We actually closed a month late, but we closed it. The lender was an absolute joke, but Eric stayed on top of everything, gave us updates, and advised us what our options were, and what was in our best interest. He probably put in at least twice as many hours as on a normal transaction, and was a big reason why we ended up closing. If we get to move back to Austin, we’ll definitely ask Eric to help us, and we’ll refer any friends to him who need to buy or sell in Austin.
