dep – Adding Lease Properties To The Treaty Oak Website

alexg posted on Jul 17, 2017 // Leasing

First, log into Bailey’s Appfolio account.

  • Username: Bailey@bramlettresidential.com
  • Password: bailey12

  • On the homepage, select “Properties” and on the left hand side, select “New Property”

  • You will then enter all of the properties information. You have to include the address with state and zipcode, as well as enter the property type (single family, multi family, etc)

  • Skip down to the “Owners and Financials” section and enter “Bramlett Residential” Make sure to select this one, and NOT Eric & Ali Bramlett. Leave all the other information as it is.

  • Skip down to the “Management Fees” section & enter “0” into the management fee percent

  • Under “additional fees” you will first need to select “add another fee” but then select to delete the first field that is in that section as shown in the picture with the red X. This will delete Treaty Oak access from our application fees.

  • Skip down to the “Maintenance Information” section and under Maintenance Group, select the default in the drop down.

  • Skip down to the “Bank Accounts” section and under both of the drop downs for “Cash In Bank & Escrow Cash” just select the default “checking account” in the drop downs.

  • Then you will upload the default picture under the “photos” section.

Select “Save”

  • You will then be directed to the next screen where you will input the marketing information.

  • Enter the bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and rent amount under “rental information”. You will enter $60 for the application fee, but leave everything else blank. Do not enter the deposit amount. If they allow pets, under the “amenities” section, you will select these under the drop downs.

  • Under “Marketing information” you will enter your title & the descriptive title used on MLS.

Select “Save”

  • If the system brings up the following message, just re-enter the properties address under “name” but then delete the duplicate address that will auto populate under “address”- go back and select “Save” again.

  • You will now go back to the “properties” tab and select “vacancies”

  • You will need to find the property you just entered, so it is easiest to just search for the “Bramlett Residential” properties here.

  • Next, you will find the property and select “post” next to the website section on the right side of the properties section.

The property has now been added to the Treaty Oak vacancies page and will be ready to be applied for in about 15 minutes once the page updates with the new information.

My wife and I relocated to Austin from the east coast and didn’t know a realtor in town, so looked online. We called a few different people and really seemed to click with Eric. He knows Austin very well, which is what we really cared about, since we knew little about the various Austin neighborhoods.…

Eric is such a fantastic realtor! I had a distressed home to sell and Eric gave me the advice I needed to list it at a price that would sell. His suggested price was right on, and the house sold in a week! Eric was always available and replied quickly to all of our questions.…

My wife and I found Eric online in 2011 when we were considering moving to Austin. Eric was very helpful showing around various neighborhoods during my business trips that made my decision to move to Austin easier. Unlike most agents, Eric also helped us find an apartment for around 6 months so that we could…
