Eric just helped us buy a house in Austin. If I had to describe him in a single word it would be: efficient. Eric was always available and whenever anything came up, he worked closely with us to address it. He was knowledgeable about the different areas in Austin that would meet our needs. His personal experience renovating houses was also helpful when we were looking at “fixer-upers.” Overall we had a great experience even though we were dealing with the demanding Austin market. I would recommend Eric to anyone needing real estate assistance in Austin.
