Top 10 Things We Love About The Home

1. CITY LOCATION: You are in the heart of everything happening in Austin. It’s easy to get to Festivals, Running Events, the Bat Bridge, Theaters, Bike Trails, Austin City Limits, SXSW, the Local Restaurant Scene, Big Stacy Pool, the new Oracle headquarters, and the Capitol and downtown. There’s nowhere you can’t get by bike in 10-20 minutes when everyone else is in their cars fighting for parking. It’s also a quick 15-minute drive to the airport.

2. WALKABILITY: Austin is a very dog-friendly city. Having access to the Blunn Creek trail, being close to the hike/bike trail at Ladybird Lake, and being 1 mile from South Congress Avenue is amazing. Plus, walkable to every level of public school (Including the popular Fulmore Middle School Magnet Program), which is unheard of in Austin. No need for long commutes or long bus rides.

3. NEIGHBORS: Neighbors are all lovely people! Everyone keeps an eye on each other’s homes, get together socially at the Whip In, and exchange petsitting from time to time.

4. QUALITY BUILT HOME: This home was built very solid. The 1-year check-in with the builder, Paradisa, revealed only one nail pop in the whole house.
