I have to admit that when I first reached out through Yelp to set up a meeting with Eric I was a little skeptical. Kasey Gilliam was AMAZING!! As a first home buyer I had little knowledge about the process or what it looked like (and was SUPER nervous) -- Kasey made this super easy and helped me understand everything that was happening along the way. Kasey clued me in on a ton of stuff that she didn't necessarily need to and I truly felt that she had my best interest in mind from start to finish. Eric Bramlett is an incredible realtor.
