Located in Texas Hill County just 30 miles west of Austin, the Briarcliff community is a waterfront community situated on the South shore of Lake Travis. Not only are residents only a 45 minute drive from Downtown Austin, but the city of Bee Cave is a short 10 miles away while the new Hill Country Galleria Mall is just 15 minutes from Briarcliff.

Residents of Briarcliff enjoy free access to the boat ramp at Briarcliff Marina for up to two boats per household, while the nature trails cover 2.5 miles and wind throughout the neighborhood. Other onsite amenities include a 9-hole disc golf course, tennis courts and a Community Center that is available for rent. The Community Center also features a library, from which residents are welcome to check out books at any time.
Residents of Briarcliff also enjoy access to Briarcliff Park, which can be accessed from Kyle at Dunkeld. The park is available each day from morning to dark and features picnic facilities, a pavilion, restrooms, playground equipment and a basketball court.

While the community of Briarcliff is relatively small, it has much to offer to its residents. With its own marina, park and golf course, residents never have to leave home in order to enjoy a variety of recreational activities. Of course, with Downtown Austin located nearby, residents don’t have to travel far if they do want to go out and wish to enjoy all that the city has to offer.
