Drive to exit MoPac Boulevard in Austin Texas, and you approach the Villages at Western Oaks. Be forewarned: this beautiful community right on prime Hill Country terrain might just take your breath away. Many homebuyers are first attracted to the Villages at Western Oaks because of the beautiful views, but a little extra research unearths the true value of this community. Villages at Western Oaks offers a peaceful haven away from the city, but offers a commute of only a few minutes to access the dining, shopping, and other attractions of Austin. This makes Villages at Western Oaks one of the most conveniently located communities in the area.

Villages at Western Oaks is between Slaughter Line and William Cannon Drive, near MoPac. This close-knit community is similar in tone and feeling to exclusive suburban communities.
