Over the past two decades, the Great Hills area has grown significantly. This is partially due to the fact that the area is so close to some of the biggest employers in the Austin area, including IBM, Dell and Freescale. At the same time, Great Hill is home to the Arboretum, which is where Austin’s residents head when they are interested in shopping at an upscale shopping mall. Several other malls and shops can also be found in Great Hill as well.
In addition to the numerous shopping opportunities, Great Hills also offers several recreational opportunities to its residents. Great Hills Park, for example, provides almost 60 acres of recreational space and offers 1.1 miles of hiking trails. Great Hills Golf Club, which offers an 18-hole par-71 course, is also located in the area.
Great Hills offers two different independent public school systems to its residents, including the Austin Independent School District and the Round Rock Independent School District, both of which have outstanding reputations for academic excellence.[/ddet]

I have to admit that when I first reached out through Yelp to set up a meeting with Eric I was a little skeptical. I was reading reviews of his service like you are right now, and as Eric knows well from our time working together, I’m a person who likes to research and organize just about everything. The fact that I couldn’t find even a couple of negative reviews among the hundreds of reviews Eric has across Zillow and Yelp seemed to me to be too good to be true. Fast forward six weeks and one successful closing later, I’m very pleased to report that the service I got was exactly the service I read about if not better. Meredith Alderson is AMAZING! We have worked with many realtors, and Meredith is one of the best. She was very respectful of our budget and what we were looking for in a house. She quickly figured out the key items we wanted and helped us narrow down our search. Eric Bramlett is an incredible realtor. When my wife and I were looking for a realtor to help us relocate from California to Austin, Texas, we were impressed by the quantity and quality of the online reviews for Eric… and let me tell you, they were not incorrect. Eric is very knowledgeable of the entire Austin area, but he was also very accommodating of our timeline and our need to work feverishly to find a home quickly (as it’s not easy to go back and forth from CA to Austin multiple homes).

I cannot say enough fantastic things about working with Tara McGuire at Bramlett Residential. When I reached out to Bramlett via the online contact tool, I had already spoken with several realtors in the Austin area. My inquiries were met with lackluster responses, likely because my husband and I didn’t plan to purchase for several months.
