Canyon Creek is in fact a great community for professionals and families. More than half of all homeowners in community are college educated, and many are between the ages of 35 and 50. Professionals and young families are right at home here, which may be why 47% of homes here have children, according to a recent census report.

Not surprisingly, Canyon Creek is a very family-friendly community with a dedication to education. Students here attend well respected schools that are part of the Round Rock Independent School District or the Leander Independent School District. Canyon Creek students attend Canyon Creek Elementary, Grisham Middle School, Canyon Vista Middle School, and Westwood High School.
