I have to admit that when I first reached out through Yelp to set up a meeting with Eric I was a little skeptical. I was reading reviews of his service like you are right now, and as Eric knows well from our time working together, I'm a person who likes to research and organize just about everything. The fact that I couldn't find even a couple of negative reviews among the hundreds of reviews Eric has across Zillow and Yelp seemed to me to be too good to be true. Fast forward six weeks and one successful closing later, I'm very pleased to report that the service I got was exactly the service I read about if not better. Eric and Bailey Bowden who's Eric's right hand couldn't have been better to work with. This was my first time buying a home, so I had a lot of probably very stupid questions. Despite this, they cheerfully and promptly answered them...

Kasey Gilliam was AMAZING!! As a first home buyer I had little knowledge about the process or what it looked like (and was SUPER nervous) -- Kasey made this super easy and helped me understand everything that was happening along the way. Kasey clued me in on a ton of stuff that she didn't necessarily need to and I truly felt that she had my best interest in mind from start to finish. She answered every question I had right away and was super flexible and quick to get me in to see properties at times that worked with my schedule. She took the time to go over all the documentation with me to ensure I understood what I was signing and agreeing to, she showed up to every inspection and helped research some issues and reached out to her contacts so we could get an estimate of possible repairs. By the time this process was over I felt like an experienced home buyer due to her knowledge and everything she shared with me and made sure I knew.

I feel truly blessed to have been a client of Kasey's --I've spoke to many others who have gone through the processes and often times heard horror stories of their experiences due to their realtor. I still can't believe I got so lucky to work with Kasey! I have recommended her to every person I talk to! She is experienced, professional and very personable. I love my new house and don't plan on every leaving -- but if I am every in the market for another purchase I can only hope that Kasey would take me on again!

Eric Bramlett is an incredible realtor. When my wife and I were looking for a realtor to help us relocate from California to Austin, Texas, we were impressed by the quantity and quality of the online reviews for Eric... and let me tell you, they were not incorrect. Eric is very knowledgeable of the entire Austin area, but he was also very accommodating of our timeline and our need to work feverishly to find a home quickly (as it's not easy to go back and forth from CA to Austin multiple homes).

I cannot say enough fantastic things about working with Tara McGuire at Bramlett Residential. When I reached out to Bramlett via the online contact tool, I had already spoken with several realtors in the Austin area. My inquiries were met with lackluster responses, likely because my husband and I didn't plan to purchase for several months. But when I contacted Bramlett Residential at 10pm on a weeknight, Tara called me first thing the next morning. She encouraged us to visit Austin soon, since we are relocating from Dallas, to get an idea of the neighborhoods and market.

During this exploratory trip, we felt no pressure to buy ahead of our schedule. She gave us a great overview of central Austin neighborhoods and helped us narrow down the best areas for us.
