Steiner Ranch is located 15 minutes west of downtown Austin, on the south shore of Lake Travis, and the north side of Lake Austin - a few minutes from the Mansfield dam. Steiner Ranch is a Taylor Woodrow master-planned community. The first section began construction in 1988, and real estate construction really sped up in the late 1990's.

Homes begin in the low $300s, and the bulk of the listings are in the $400k+ range. Steiner Ranch is in the acclaimed Leander ISD, and has 3 schools rated "exemplary" within the neighborhood.

Steiner Ranch is home to the prestigious UT Golf Club, an 18 hole signature course. The closest Lake Travis boat ramp is a 5 minute drive away, however, Steiner Ranch has a boat ramp accessing Lake Austin within the community itself. Additionally, Lake Austin Spa is situated next to the Steiner boat ramp. The community is host to a number of hiking/biking trails, community pools, tennis courts, and more. I have to admit that when I first reached out through Yelp to set up a meeting with Eric I was a little skeptical. Kasey Gilliam was AMAZING!! As a first home buyer I had little knowledge about the process or what it looked like (and was SUPER nervous) -- Kasey made this super easy and helped me understand everything that was happening along the way.
