Built around the University of Texas , the UT area is located in the area of the city that always has new and exciting things happening. The area sees entire classes of new students arrive every September, and course, easy access to one of the city's oldest and most prestigious learning bodies isn't bad, either.

Residents of the UT area have access to all the amenities, adult classes, continuing education course, and much more of the campus. However, you don't have to be a coed to want to live in the area.
