Built around the University of Texas , the UT area is located in the area of the city that always has new and exciting things happening. The area sees entire classes of new students arrive every September, and course, easy access to one of the city's oldest and most prestigious learning bodies isn't bad, either.

Residents of the UT area have access to all the amenities, adult classes, continuing education course, and much more of the campus. However, you don't have to be a coed to want to live in the area. A large range of beautiful homes, lots of amenities, and a wonderful heritage all add up to a high quality life.

Close to major shopping centers, such as Central Market and the Hancock Center , the UT area is also home to a number of independent retailers. Stroll along Guadalupe Street and you'll see a number of artistic and interesting businesses just waiting for your patronage.
