Love what ya did here Eric. There are all sorts of things I like about your home, but I really like the ceiling (9th pic). The last house I built I had a unique ceiling in almost every room in the house by adding soffits, texture, and/or crown molding. All I can say is Wow! Love what ya did here Eric. It looks great. We just finished remodeling most of our house. I wish I would have run cat 5 behind the drywall when I had a chance. I love the staircase and the open duct work.
