Kenneth Osborn @ Gracy Title emailed me the following information.  It’s great news for Austin.  As we’ve weathered the storm better than pretty much every other major market, I think we’ll be one of the first to see growth again.

Eric, you are on top once again. Your on the first page of google, your facebook pictures shows wads of cash in a limo, and your on Austin Market is at the top of the list for payroll jobs. Bingo was his name-o. Your in the right spot at the right time.

Austin is really a great City and because it is a University town it will keep on progressing even in the economic condition like this.
