Austin Tops Forbes “Bang For Your Buck” List

Due to our job growth outlook, median income, and housing affordability, Austin ranks #1 for Forbes “Best Bang for Your Buck” list.  San Antonio came in #2 and Dallas hit #7.

I just had a friend move to Bend from Austin. He said that the “bang for your buck” down there was great. Prices have dropped in Central Oregon recently, but prices are still high for most median income families.

I like Austin always have, its a city that has a LOT going for it. If I didnt live in Tucson I would seriously consider moving to Austin.
