I am not surprised that it is growing so quickly - I hope it can keep its charm with the expected growth. On a side note, the new book by Barbara Corcoran called Nextville highlights Austin and the Hill Country as a "Nextville" for green home buyers and retirement buyers seeking the "fountain of youth" that you can find in a college town.
