Treemont, located just west of MoPac Boulevard and north of Capital of Texas Highway, has long been one of the most desired neighborhoods in Austin for those wanting the tranquility of the suburbs without the drive. Although Treemont falls within the Austin city limits, residents attend the Eanes school district. Eanes, consistently recognized as one of the top districts in Texas , provides award-winning academics with unsurpassed extracurricular activities.
