Highland Hills real estate is primarily single family residences, but there are also quite a few duplexes scattered throughout. Due to the property values increase, many of the duplexes are undergoing condo conversions & are being sold as attached single family homes. Highland Hills was built in the 50′s, 60′s, & 70′s, with a very small number of newer construction homes built on remaining lots in the 90′s. The lot sizes are large, even for their time, and the homes are quite large for the time period they were built. Because of the age of the homes, and their increasing property values, there have been many fantastic remodels completed.

I am little biased towards Highland Hills – I purchased here in November 2005!
