Steiner Ranch is located 15 minutes west of downtown Austin, on the south shore of Lake Travis, and the north side of Lake Austin – a few minutes from the Mansfield dam. Steiner Ranch is a Taylor Woodrow master-planned community. The first section began construction in 1988, and real estate construction really sped up in the late 1990’s.

Homes begin in the low $300s, and the bulk of the listings are in the $400k+ range. Steiner Ranch is in the acclaimed Leander ISD, and has 3 schools rated “exemplary” within the neighborhood.

Steiner Ranch is home to the prestigious UT Golf Club, an 18 hole signature course.
