Built around the University of Texas , the west campus area is located in the area of the city that always has new and exciting things happening. The area sees entire classes of new students arrive every September, and course, easy access to one of the city’s oldest and most prestigious learning bodies isn’t bad, either.  

Residents of the UT area have access to all the amenities, adult classes, continuing education course, and much more of the campus. However, you don’t have to be a coed to want to live in the area. This convenient location means that residents of the UT area have every amenity they could want within a five-mile radius of their doorstep. Close to major shopping centers, such as Central Market and the Hancock Center , the UT area is also home to a number of independent retailers. Stroll along Guadalupe Street and you’ll see a number of artistic and interesting businesses just waiting for your patronage.

Homeowners in the UT area have access to an embarrassment of cultural events, amenities, and things see and do. The university’s Bass Concert Hall, Harry Ransom Center , and even the university library — the LBJ Library — are all open to the public, so residents of the UT area have access to all these exciting options.
