Eric Bramlett is the broker of record & co-owner of One Source Realty in Austin, Texas. Eric has been actively licensed since 2003, and obtained his real estate broker’s license in 2005. Eric joined The One Source Team @ Keller Williams in 2004 – headed then by his now business partner Kinan Beck. Eric & Kinan outgrew the “team concept” at Keller Williams & incorporated One Source Realty in February 2006. They have seen healthy growth over the past year, and look forward to more healthy, responsible growth in the future.

Early in their stages of incorporation, Eric & Kinan chose to identify their Vision Statement, Mission Statement, & Core Values. These guidelines embody their business practices.
